We are launching a paid internship program focused on building production-ready AI systems using Python, LLM technologies, and cloud platforms.
You will gain hands-on experience developing real AI backend systems under technical mentorship.
What you will bring 🤝
Studies in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical degree
Availability for an internship through an agreement with an academic institution
English level B2 or higher. German is a plus
Strong Python knowledge
SQL fundamentals
Basic understanding of APIs and backend development
Demonstrable interest in AI, Data, or Software Engineering
Genuine motivation to learn and grow in applied AI engineering
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
What you will do
Design and implement Python-based backend services
Integrate LLM APIs, such as Azure OpenAI or OpenAI
Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases
Implement structured outputs and validation logic
Learn how to estimate and optimize AI token costs
Support the deployment of containerized AI services to Azure
Write clean, tested, production-oriented code
Gain exposure to Cloud Native Applications
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex
Work as part of a Scrum team, receiving guidance and technical mentorship
